Reporting is a core part of upholding/maintaining safety on Jodel. You are helping keep your local feed safe.
When to report
Report anything that:
Targets, bullies, or harasses someone
Shares sexual or exploitative material, especially involving minors
Shows or encourage Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) or grooming
Makes credible threats of violence or self-harm
Promotes scams, illegal activity, or harmful misinformation
Spams or clutters your feed, even after you mute or block
(See Jodel's Community Guidelines for the full list)
CSE is always an emergency. If you see anything that could involve CSE or harm to a child, report it straight away using the Child Safety or Emergency option.

What happens next
After you report content, it is hidden from your feed while we review it.
Moderators will look at every report and decide on blocking or allowing the reported content. More information, including median time to resolution, can be found in transparency reports.
If you think the decision on a post was wrong, you can appeal.
